1. Overview

All payments on Digdarshan Astro are processed via Cashfree Payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before making any payment.

2. Consultation Services

• Cancellation 24+ hours before session: Full refund within 5–7 business days
• Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund
• No-show / missed session without notice: No refund
• Session completed: No refund, as the service has been delivered

3. Premium Consultation (₹11,000)

• Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% refund
• No-show: No refund

4. Monthly Puja Subscription

• Cancel anytime — takes effect from next billing cycle
• Partial month refunds are not provided
• If puja could not be performed due to our error, proportional credit will be issued to your DIG-CASH wallet

5. Physical Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Shop Items)

• Return window: 7 days from delivery date
• Eligible for return: Damaged product, wrong item delivered, missing item
• Not eligible: Worn items, items without original packaging, change of mind, customized/energized items

• Refund processed within 7–10 business days after return verification
• Return shipping borne by customer (unless our error)

6. E-Books (Digital — Read Online Only)

• Our Bengali e-books (currently Ekosho Abyartho Totka and Mantrakut) are digital products read entirely within the website — they cannot be downloaded, copied, printed, or screenshotted. Any such unauthorized use is legally punishable.
• A single ₹100 payment grants lifetime online reading access to all our e-books.
• Being instantly-accessible digital content, e-book purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.
• If access fails due to a technical error on our end, a full refund will be provided.

7. Online Courses (Degree & Certificate)

• Our Astrology Degree & Certificate courses (online and offline) are digital education services. The applicable course fee grants access to study the course material and to appear for the chapter tests and final examination entirely on the website.
• All course content is read online through a secure reader and cannot be downloaded, copied, printed, screenshotted, or shared. Any such unauthorized use is legally punishable.
• Once course access (study material or examination) has been activated, the fee is non-refundable, as the digital service has been delivered.
• If you are unable to access the course due to a verified technical error on our end, we will restore access or, where that is not possible, issue an appropriate refund.
• The Degree/Certificate is issued only after successful completion of the required tests and the final examination.

8. Live Chat Sessions (₹100 / 10 min)

• No refund once a session has begun
• If technical disruption occurs on our end, unused time credited to DIG-CASH wallet

9. DIG-CASH Wallet

• DIG-CASH is earned through daily Spin & Win and on purchases, and accumulates in your wallet
• DIG-CASH is redeemable as a discount on website purchases at 1 DIG-CASH = ₹1
• DIG-CASH itself is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash
• If you cancel an order paid partly with DIG-CASH, the DIG-CASH portion is credited back to your wallet (not refunded as cash)

Payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable.

2. Services Offered

Digdarshan Astro provides: Vedic astrology consultations, Kundli reports, daily puja subscriptions, live chat sessions, Vastu consultation, gem therapy guidance, Rudraksha selection, sacred product sales, online E-Book access, online & offline Astrology Degree & Certificate courses, and spiritual wellness guidance. All services are for personal spiritual guidance only.

The Astrology Degree & Certificate courses are paid digital education programmes. On payment of the applicable course fee, the student is given access to study the course material and to appear for the chapter tests and final examination entirely on this website. Course content is provided through a secure online reader only and may not be downloaded, copied, or shared.

3. Disclaimer

Astrological and spiritual services are provided for guidance purposes only. Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Any action taken based on our guidance is entirely at the user's discretion and responsibility.

4. Free Tools & Promotional Features

• Our free tools — Numerology Calculator, Vastu Analyzer, and Horoscope/Rashifal — are provided free of charge for general informational and entertainment purposes only, and carry no guarantee of accuracy.
• The Free Spin & Win feature awards DIG-CASH loyalty credits only. It is not a lottery, gambling, or betting activity, involves no monetary stake, and is offered purely as a customer loyalty reward. Spin once daily to earn ₹1–₹30 DIG-CASH.
• The Free Consultation offer is a limited introductory session at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• DIG-CASH credits are redeemable as a discount towards purchases on this website at the rate of 1 DIG-CASH = ₹1. DIG-CASH cannot be withdrawn or transferred as cash and is non-transferable between accounts.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments processed via Cashfree — UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Wallets accepted
• Subscription fees (Puja Plans) are charged monthly in advance
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation
• DIG-CASH wallet credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information (name, DOB, TOB, POB) for astrological analysis
• Maintain confidentiality of your consultation details
• Use services only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misrepresentative behavior
• Not download, copy, screenshot, redistribute, or share E-Book or course content, or consultation reports — all such material is protected and any unauthorized use is legally punishable

7. Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed subject to consultant availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule with 12-hour advance notice
• Repeated no-shows may result in service suspension

8. Live Chat Terms

• Sessions are billed at ₹100 per 10 minutes
• Timer begins when chat session starts
• Sessions may be extended at the same rate
• We reserve the right to end sessions involving abusive language

9. Intellectual Property

All content — kundli reports, astrological analyses, E-Books, course study material, examinations, website content, videos, and spiritual guidance — is the intellectual property of Digdarshan Astro. E-Book and course content is licensed for personal online reading only and may not be downloaded, copied, printed, or screenshotted. Reproduction, redistribution, screenshotting, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited and legally punishable.

10. Product Authenticity

All physical products (gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras, etc.) are sourced from verified suppliers. Certificates of authenticity are provided where applicable. Any dispute regarding authenticity must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Services (No Shipping)

The majority of Digdarshan Astro services are delivered digitally — consultations via WhatsApp/video call, kundli reports via WhatsApp/email, puja services performed at our location, live chat on website, online E-Book reading (read within the website — no download), and our online Astrology Degree & Certificate courses (study material and examinations accessed entirely on the website after paying the course fee). No physical shipment is required for any of these digital services.

2. Physical Products

Items from our shop — gemstones, Rudraksha, malas, yantras, bracelets, idols, and other sacred items — are shipped via trusted courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post) to your registered delivery address anywhere in India.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking number shared via WhatsApp and email once shipped. Track at digdarshanastro.com/my-orders.html using your phone number or order ID.

6. Kundli Printed Reports

Printed kundli booklets (physical books, 50–150 pages) are prepared and dispatched within 7–15 working days from order confirmation. Delivery via courier to your address.

7. Packaging

All sacred items are packed with care and, where applicable, wrapped in red/yellow cloth as per tradition. Energized items are packed after performing appropriate mantras.

8. Damaged / Missing Items

Contact within 48 hours of delivery with photos: [email protected] or WhatsApp 8697190840. We will arrange replacement or refund as applicable.

9. International Shipping

Currently, physical products are shipped within India only. For international requests, contact us directly for custom arrangements and pricing.
